4. Shared catalogue knowledge

ENSKOM keeps two kinds of data apart. Your private research activity (source ASIN lists, sessions, results, selections, and what you researched and when) is visible only to your account and your team, and is never used to compute results for anyone else. Shared catalogue knowledge consists of verified public Amazon catalogue facts and product relationships that were independently confirmed by at least three unrelated customers. It never contains your identity, account, research lists or activity, and it cannot be browsed or exported.

5. Who receives data

We use service providers who process data for us under contract:

Provider Purpose Location

Hostinger Server hosting, business e-mail Germany (server)

We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. International transfers

ENSKOM LLC is based in the United States; our servers are in the EU. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the recipient’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep data

Data Retention
Account and research data While your account exists, then as described in section 8
Billing records and invoices As long as tax law requires
Raw IP addresses in security logs 24 months, longer only for records tied to a security incident
Synchronisation receipts 90 days
Support messages Up to 24 months after the conversation ends

8. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can export your research from the product. To use your rights, write to privacy@enskom.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Account deletion: when you delete your account, your plan ends and your account can no longer be used. We keep your personal data for 2 years after deletion to prevent abuse (for example, repeated Free accounts), to handle disputes and chargebacks, and to meet legal obligations; then we delete it. Research and usage records that must stay unchanged for integrity, billing and tax reasons are kept without any link to you.

We protect data with encryption in transit, customer data separated at the database level and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

11. Changes

We will post updates here and notify you of material changes by e-mail or in the product.
